Breakage Cover
If your Stryder track products become unusable for any reason, including accidental damage, within 48 months of purchase – call or email us, send us some photographs of the damage, and we'll supply a discounted replacement product. This discount will be calculated as the percentage of time elapsed of 24 months from date of invoice. From time to time, product variation may occur due to supply limitations. Applies to retail sales only.

The Accidental Breakage Cover is a generous offer made by TKV to help our customers in their time of need to get up and going quickly when the product failure is not covered by manufacturers warranty. This cover demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our product to do the job. Factory warranty covers manufacturers defects only and is a legal obligation which is automatically included when a product is sold, and provides no guarantee of wear life. The Accidental Breakage Cover is over and above Factory warranty.
In order for Accidental Breakage Cover to be honoured, the customer must provide:
- Serial number on the trackÂ
- Clear photographs of any damage
- Details of the machine that the tracks are running on
- Sales Order number or Invoice number
